STANARDSVILLE, Va. (November 29, 2017) – Rachel Johnson is currently undergoing the administrator in training program for Renaissance Assisted Living, a premier senior living community serving the Stanardsville and Charlottesville, Va., area.

The administrator in training program is an extensive training by Renaissance Assisted Living and its sister community, The Harbor at Renaissance. The intensive training program is transitioning Johnson through each department as she works closely with each department head to prepare her for the inner workings of the senior care industry.

After graduating from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Johnson began her career in the healthcare industry. She immediately began serving in the accounting department at Grace Healthcare corporate offices out of Chattanooga.

“I have really enjoyed working in this industry so far and love working with the residents first hand at the community. Over the past few months, as I’ve been serving in the administrator in training role, the residents, team members and family members have become my second family,” Johnson said.

“I am excited as Rachel continues to grow in this industry. She has a unique passion for senior care and is a dedicated leader. She is passionate and driven to lead our team as they deliver the highest-level care and services for our residents. We are excited as she learns the inner workings of the senior care industry,” said Chris Terry, regional vice president of operations for Legacy Senior Living, management company of Renaissance Assisted Living.
