Ralls is no stranger to Renaissance Assisted Living and The Harbor at Renaissance. She previously served as the assistant administrator of Grace Retirement, sister community to Renaissance and The Harbor. Prior to her position at Grace, Ralls served as the marketing director of Renaissance Assisted Living and The Harbor Memory Care, where she oversaw the marketing efforts for both facilities.

“I started in a healthcare marketing position in 2013 and quickly realized I had found my calling. I love working with seniors and their families because I believe there is no job more rewarding. Very few jobs have customers tell you that they love you, and it’s so easy to say that the feeling is mutual,” Ralls said.
